Delivery & Refunds
We aim to deliver your goods to mainland UK addresses within 5 working days of receipt of your order (subject to availability).
Woof Club Naturals wants you and your dog to be completely satisfied every time your order with us. In the unlikely event that you’re not happy with the order you have received, here is what you can do:
Damaged and Faulty Items
If the goods in your order are damaged in transit, please notify us within 7 working days by emailing naturals@woofclub.co.uk and we will happily replace. You will need to return the goods to us and we will send out a replacement free of charge.
Incorrect Items
If we have mistakenly sent you an incorrect item, please return the item and we will reimburse the delivery costs, the incorrect product and send out the replacement.
Exchange and Refund
If you have changed your mind about the products you have ordered and would like to return them, please do so with 7 days of receipt of your order. We are happy to exchange products for something else or provide a refund providing the product is unused and all packaging is in perfect condition and unopened. Upon sending your products back for exchange or refund, all delivery charges are your responsibility and we can take no liability for lost parcels or damaged goods in transit. We strongly advise you obtain proof of postage.
