Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

On occasion, there could be a slight delay in processing your order, for instance, in the run up to Christmas and other big holiday periods.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $X flat rate shipping to [list countries]. 

You can also emphasize any free shipping thresholds you offer (e.g. free shipping for orders over $75). For multiple shipping options, you can list carrier options, prices, and delivery times in a table.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for customers within the SK6 area of Stockport, and these normally take place the same day, or the next day after ordering.

 

In-store pickup

 

In-store collection is only available to day care customers at this time.

International Shipping

We don't offer international shipping at this time. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at naturals@woofclub.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
